Our History

Robinson Township Christian School was organized in 1978 by individuals dedicated to Christian education from Providence Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Robinson Township, PA and Grace Orthodox Presbyterian Church (OPC) in Sewickley, PA.

The classes that year enrolled a total of fifteen students in kindergarten and first grade. They met in the education wing of Providence Presbyterian Church. Today, the children from those classes are teacher, engineers, and homemakers.

Milestones of RTCS:

1978 -- School opened with 15 students for two grades, kindergarten and 1st

1983 -- New educational wing built by PPC to accommodate the church's growing needs was
  leveraged to provide additional classroom space for the school

1985 -- 10 students graduated from our first 8th grade class

1999 -- high school program began

2002 -- buidling project to add classrooms for high school began in cooperation with PPC

2003 -- 6 students graduated from the first senior class
